# Sequel

> Connect Sequel to Conversion with your API credentials to sync webinar registrations and attendance.

Sequel connects with API credentials from your Sequel account. Once connected, everything in [Webinar Platform Sync](/product-docs/campaigns/webinars/platform-sync/overview) applies; this page covers the connection and where Sequel behaves differently.

## Connect Sequel

**Prerequisites:** You are a workspace Administrator, and you have your Sequel client ID, client secret, and company ID.

1. Open workspace **Settings** and go to the **Integrations** tab.
2. Find **Sequel** and click **Connect**.
3. Enter your **Client ID**, **Client secret**, and **Company ID**.
4. Click **Connect**.

Conversion checks the credentials before saving them. If they're rejected, confirm the values in Sequel and try again. Use **Update connection** on the card's menu to rotate credentials, or **Disconnect** to remove the integration.

## Registration

Registrations from Conversion are confirmed immediately, join link included. Registrations made on Sequel's own registration page arrive in Conversion in real time.

Sequel doesn't expose a registration page URL, so **View registration page** isn't shown on the Overview tab for Sequel webinars.

## Attendance

Sequel finalizes its attendance report a few minutes after the session ends. It reports how long each attendee watched, both live and on demand, but not when they joined or left.

## Troubleshooting

| Problem                                       | Likely cause                                                                                                         |
| --------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| The Sequel card no longer shows **Connected** | The client secret was rotated or revoked in Sequel. Use **Update connection** to enter the current credentials.      |
| Members stuck at **Registration Error**       | Sequel rejected the registration. Usually the contact's email is missing or invalid, or the event has already ended. |
