# Data Deletions

> How to request the deletion of personal data from Conversion.

To request the deletion of personal data, send a deletion request to [privacy@conversion.ai](mailto:privacy@conversion.ai).

You can submit the records to be deleted in either of the following formats:

* **CSV**: attach a CSV file listing the records to delete.
* **Email body**: include the records directly in the body of your email.
