# Profile

> Manage your name, profile picture, role, and the personal context Conversion AI uses when working on your behalf.

The **Profile** page holds settings that apply only to you. Changes save automatically as you make them.

## Profile picture

Click your picture (or **Upload image**) to choose a new one. Images under 10 MB are supported.

## Details

| Field                     | Description                                                                                                            |
| ------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Name**                  | Your display name across Conversion.                                                                                   |
| **Primary email address** | The email address you sign in with. It can't be changed from this page.                                                |
| **Role**                  | Your job title or role, such as *Marketing Operations Manager*. This is free text and doesn't affect your permissions. |

  Your workspace permissions come from the **Administrator** or **Member** role assigned to you on the [Members](/product-docs/workspace-settings/members/overview) page, not from the Role field here.

## Context for Conversion AI

Provide instructions for Conversion AI to reference when working on your behalf. This is a markdown editor, and what you write here is loaded whenever *you* chat with Conversion AI.

Use it for preferences that are yours alone, such as:

* How you like drafts formatted or how long they should be
* Which campaigns, regions, or products you personally own
* Reminders about how you prefer Conversion AI to check in before making changes

For rules that should apply to everyone in the workspace, such as naming conventions or compliance notes, use the workspace-level **Instructions** on the [AI settings page](/product-docs/workspace-settings/ai/overview#instructions) instead.
