Use this checklist to confirm that records sync in both directions between Conversion and Salesforce. A common use is to test on a Salesforce sandbox before you connect your production Salesforce instance. Each test makes a change on one side, checks the sync logs, and confirms the change on the other side. To open the sync logs, go to Settings → CRM and syncing and click View logs in the Recent sync health card. See Sync Activity for how to read them.
Use a test contact with an email address you own, so the records you create are easy to find and clean up afterward.
