Connecting Zoom lets Conversion sync your Zoom webinars end to end: register contacts for webinars directly from Conversion, capture registrations made on Zoom’s registration pages, and automatically track who attended after each webinar ends. See Using the Zoom App for everything the integration can do. The connection uses OAuth — you sign in with Zoom and grant Conversion the scopes it needs. There are no API keys to manage.

Before you begin

Make sure you have:
  • A Zoom account admin. Zoom is an admin-managed app, so the OAuth connection must be completed by a Zoom account admin. Non-admin Zoom users cannot grant the required scopes.
  • An Administrator role in Conversion. Only workspace Administrators can connect or disconnect integrations.
  • A Zoom Webinars license. The integration works with Zoom webinars (not meetings), which require the Zoom Webinars add-on on your Zoom account.

Add the Zoom app

The fastest way to start is the direct link: Connect Zoom to Conversion. Sign in to Conversion, pick your workspace, and you’re taken straight to the Zoom authorization step (step 3 below). Alternatively, start from the Conversion dashboard:
  1. In Conversion, open your profile settings and go to the Integrations tab.
  2. Find Zoom and click Connect.
  3. You’re redirected to Zoom’s authorization page. Sign in with a Zoom account admin.
  4. Review the requested scopes and click Allow to grant Conversion access.
  5. Zoom redirects you back to your Conversion dashboard. The Zoom card in your integrations tab now shows a Connected badge along with your Zoom account ID.
A Conversion workspace connects to one Zoom account at a time. To switch accounts, use Connect a different workspace from the menu on the Zoom integration card and complete the OAuth flow with the other account.
Once connected, the authorization is complete — Conversion refreshes its access tokens automatically and receives webinar events from Zoom without any further setup on the Zoom side.

Having trouble?

If the connection fails or the Zoom card doesn’t show as connected, see the Troubleshooting guide for common causes and fixes.
