The Ads settings page is where you connect ad platforms and link ad accounts to Conversion. Once connected, you can sync ads audiences to keep your ad targeting up to date automatically. The page is organized into two sections: Platforms and Accounts.

Platforms

Connect your ad platforms to link your ad accounts to Conversion. Three platforms are supported:

Meta

Connect your Meta account to sync audiences to Meta Ads. Once connected, Meta appears with a green Connected badge. You can disconnect at any time using the options menu. The following data is sent when syncing contacts to Meta:
  • Email
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Phone
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • Country (converted to ISO-standardized two-letter country code)

Google

Connect your Google account to sync audiences to Google Ads. The following fields are all required to sync a contact to Google:
  • Email
  • Phone
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Zip
  • Country (converted to ISO-standardized two-letter country code)

LinkedIn

Connect your LinkedIn account to sync audiences to LinkedIn Ads. The following data is sent when syncing contacts to LinkedIn:
  • Email
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Job title
  • Company name
  • Country (converted to ISO-standardized two-letter country code)

Accounts

After connecting a platform, your ad accounts appear in the Accounts section. Click Link to link an ad account to Conversion. Once linked, the account is available when configuring ads audiences. You can manage linked accounts using the options menu next to each account.
