Imports and Exports - Conversion Docs

The Imports and exports settings page keeps a record of every CSV file imported into or exported from your workspace. Use it to check on a job that’s still running, confirm one completed, or download the file again. The page has two tabs, Imports and Exports. Both refresh automatically while a job is pending or processing.

Imports

Imports are created when you import contacts from a CSV, or import into companies, an audience, or a campaign. Each row shows:

Column	Description
Name	The import’s name, linking to where the records landed: the audience, the campaign, or the contacts or companies table.
Status	Not started, Pending, Processing, Completed, or Failed.
Requested	When the import was started.
File	A Download link for the CSV that was uploaded.

Exports

Exports are created when you export records from a table. Each row shows:

Column	Description
Type	The exported object: Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, Campaign members, or Custom object.
Status	Not started, Pending, Processing, Completed, or Failed.
Requested	When the export was requested.
File	A Download link, available once the export is Completed.

Large exports can take a few minutes. Leave the page and come back; the download link appears once the status is Completed.
