The Members settings page is where you manage who has access to your Conversion workspace. It is organized across two tabs: Overview and Invitations.

Roles

Each member is assigned one of the following roles:
  • Administrator - Full access to all features and settings in the workspace. Administrators are the only members who can access the Identity and access page to edit authentication settings such as requiring MFA or configuring SSO. They are also the only members who can manage invitations, invite new members, configure a member’s role, update an existing member’s role, and remove existing members.
  • Member - Access to workspace features without the ability to manage members, invitations, or identity and access settings.

Overview

The Overview tab lists every member in your workspace along with their email, name, and role. Use the search bar to find a specific member, or click Columns to customise which columns are visible.

Updating a member’s role

Select a member from the list to open their details and change their role between Administrator and Member.
Only administrators can update a member’s role.

Removing a member

Select a member from the list to open their details, then remove them from the workspace. Removing a member revokes their access immediately.
Only administrators can remove members.

Invitations

The Invitations tab shows all pending invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. Each entry includes the invited email address, who sent the invitation, and when it was sent.

Inviting a new member

To invite someone to your workspace, click + Invite in the top right corner, enter their email address, and choose their role (Administrator or Member). They will receive an email invitation to join the workspace.
Only administrators can invite new members.

Revoking an invitation

Select a pending invitation from the list to revoke it. Revoking an invitation prevents the recipient from using it to join the workspace.
Only administrators can revoke invitations.
