LinkedIn lead generation forms
Sync LinkedIn lead gen forms into Conversion.Sync a LinkedIn lead generation form to bring new leads from that ad form into Conversion as contacts and form submissions. See Lead generation forms for how leads are captured and how synced forms behave.
Prerequisites
Before you sync a LinkedIn form:- Connect LinkedIn Ads Manager under Ads settings. The connected account must manage at least one ad account that has lead generation forms.
- Confirm the connecting user has the required permissions below.
- Open Forms and use New form → Sync a LinkedIn form.
Sync options appear in the New form menu when lead generation forms are enabled for your workspace.
Required permissions
The user who connects LinkedIn in Ads settings needs specific access on LinkedIn, not just “admin” in general. If a sync stops working, a permissions change is one of the most likely causes, so check these first. The connected LinkedIn user must be one of the following roles on the Company Page associated with the ad account:- Super admin
- Content admin
- Lead Gen Forms manager
