Webinars are enabled per workspace. If you don’t see Webinars in the sidebar, contact your account team to have the feature turned on.
What you can do
- Register contacts into your webinar platform from Conversion. Build the landing page and registration form here, and Conversion creates the registration on your platform and stores each person’s join link.
- Capture registrations made on the platform. Anyone who signs up through your platform’s own registration page becomes a member in Conversion, matched to their contact record.
- Track attendance without exporting anything. When the session ends, every member is marked as attended, a no-show, or an on-demand viewer.
- Keep Salesforce current. Members and their statuses sync both ways with a Salesforce campaign.
- Personalize with what you know. Each member’s join link, registration time, and time attended are available in your emails.
The webinar tabs
How webinars differ from other campaigns
Members, assets, tokens, and Salesforce sync all work as described in the shared campaign documentation. Two things are specific to webinars:- The statuses are fixed. Every webinar uses the same six statuses, because they match what webinar platforms report back. You can’t rename them or add your own the way you can on a custom campaign type.
- Registration and attendance are handled for you. Once the webinar is connected to a platform, statuses and member fields are written automatically as people sign up and attend.
