Workflow emails are emails that are referenced inside a Workflow and sent automatically when that workflow runs. Unlike blasts, workflow emails fire based on a trigger or schedule.

Referencing a workflow email in a workflow

Once a workflow email is created, you can add it as an action step inside any workflow. Based on the workflow’s trigger and contacts, the email send is handled.
