The Recipients tab is where you manage the inbox validation bypass list.
Inbox validation
Before sending an email, Conversion validates recipient email addresses using ZeroBounce to check that they are deliverable. This protects your sending domain from accumulating bounces or spam complaints, which can damage your domain reputation and hurt deliverability over time.
Recipients that fail inbox validation are not sent the email and appear with a “Recipient email failed inbox validation” reason on the email’s Recipients tab.
Inbox validation bypass list
If a valid email address is incorrectly flagged by inbox validation, you can add it to the bypass list to ensure it receives emails regardless of the validation result.
Click Add email address to add an address to the bypass list.
Only add addresses you have confirmed are valid. Sending to genuinely invalid addresses increases your bounce rate and can harm your domain reputation.
