The Website integration connects your site to Conversion by adding a JavaScript snippet. Once installed, Conversion can track page visits and identify contacts who interact with your website. The card shows your workspace’s domain and whether it is Connected.

Connecting your website

Click Connect to open the Connect your website panel, then follow its steps:

Navigate to your website dashboard

Go to the admin or settings area of your website platform. For custom websites, you may need to reach out to your developer or hosting provider.

Locate the custom code setting

Find the setting that lets you add JavaScript snippets or custom HTML to your site. This is sometimes called “custom code” or “header scripts.”

Add the Conversion script

Copy and paste the following snippet into the <head> section of your website, then save and publish:

Confirm the snippet

Back in Conversion, click Confirm. Conversion checks for the script; once it’s detected, the status badge changes to Connected and the button reads Confirmed. Use Refresh to check again if your site hasn’t finished publishing.
