The Remove Campaign Member node removes a contact from a CRM campaign. Use it to clean up campaign membership when contacts no longer belong — for example, removing a contact from a nurture campaign after they convert.

Behavior

  • The node executes once per contact as they pass through.
  • If the contact is not a member of the selected campaign, the action is skipped — no error occurs.
  • The campaign membership is removed before the contact advances to the next node.

  • Post-conversion cleanup — remove contacts from a nurture campaign after they convert to a customer
  • Re-engagement reset — remove contacts from a re-engagement campaign before enrolling them in a new one
  • Suppression — remove contacts from active campaigns when they enter a support escalation workflow
