Behavior
- The node executes once per contact as they pass through.
- The campaign member status is updated before the contact advances to the next node.
- If the contact is not already a member of the selected campaign, the behavior depends on your CRM configuration.
Use cases
- Campaign progression — update a contact’s status to “Responded” when they click a link or open an email in a nurture workflow
- Attribution tracking — mark contacts as “Converted” when they reach a conversion step in the workflow
- Sales visibility — update campaign status so your sales team can see engagement activity directly in the CRM
