The Sync Contact node triggers a sync of the contact to your connected CRM based on your configured sync settings. Use it to ensure CRM data is up to date at a specific point in your workflow — for example, after enrichment or field updates that should be reflected in your CRM immediately.

Configuration

This node has no additional configuration. It syncs the contact according to the sync settings configured in Settings > CRM. Click Manage your CRM to review or update your sync configuration.

Behavior

  • The node executes once per contact as they pass through.
  • The sync is initiated before the contact advances to the next node.
  • The sync follows your existing CRM sync settings — field mappings, sync direction, and conflict resolution rules all apply.

Use cases

  • Post-enrichment sync — sync contacts to your CRM immediately after Magic Enrichment or Apollo Enrichment populates key fields
  • Real-time CRM updates — ensure field changes made by Update Field nodes are reflected in your CRM before a sales rep follows up
  • Workflow milestone sync — sync contacts at key workflow milestones so your CRM always reflects the contact’s current state
